Shipping
We offer USA FREE SHIPPING within the 48 contiguous United States and no Sales Tax worldwide. Other shipping options are available during checkout, and they are priced according to weight and destination.  We provide global shipping options -- parcel post, priority and express delivery.

 

Warm Mouse, Heated Keyboard offers its shoppers a variety of shipping methods at standard rates and fees.  The shipping fees are calculated in real time by Google Checkout based on weight and destination.  Fees may include handling charges and costs associated with outreaching areas. Shipping fees are not refundable for returns, exchanges, unclaimed or undeliverable packages.  Free shipping does not apply to returned items. If an item is returned, a refund is processed less the cost of shipping and handling.  

 

Shipping a gift?  Don't worry.  We will ship your order to the address of your choice.  During checkout there are two choices.  Select the shipping address as "My billing address" or "A different address."  If your purchase is a gift, enter the recipient's name and address, and the gift will be shipped promptly.  Complete the Google registration process to complete the order.

INTERNATIONAL Deliveries	International Shipments are sent using USPS Express Mail with Signature upon delivery.  The minimum fee for overseas Express Mail is $30.  The final fee for an order is calculated by weight and destination in the Google shopping cart.

Product Warranty
ValueRays® offers its customers a 90-Day Full Replacement Warranty.  Read about the warranty here.

Returns
We offer no-hassel return guidelines. The return process is simple.  There are no returns or refunds for used products or products with tags removed unless the 90-Day Warranty was purchased.  Warranty products will receive a replacement of the same item.  For a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and returns must be in new, unused, resale condition in its original, undamaged packaging.  Free shipping does not apply to returned merchandise.  The "minimum" shipping fee for returned merchandise is $10. If your purchase falls within these guidelines, you may return new, unused merchandise for a full refund (less shipping) by contacting us in writing at the Contact Us link located on every website page or via email at Webmaster@ValueRays.com or Service@i-GlobalMall.com within 48 hours of delivery.   In your email, please request a Return Authorization Number (RAN), include your order details and the reason for the return. Returned items are not accepted without a RAN and risk being returned to the sender. Please use insurance and a tracking number for returns.  We are not responsible for return shipping fees and items lost or damaged in return transit. Refunds are issued for returned merchandise when following this policy.  By placing an order on this website, you agree to our policy guidelines.

*Sale Item Returns:  A sale item is any product purchased below full retail price.  When a sale purchase is made, the sale is final, and returns are not accepted.

*Holiday Returns: Holiday gifts are not returnable when packaging is opened, tags are removed, boxes are damaged or products are used. Purchases made between November 20 through December 22 can be returned when we are contacted by December 27th.  Holiday returns are made using the same guidelines stated above.
