Heated Computer Mouse Helps Arthritis

ValueRays® Heated Mouse - Helps Arthritis Hand Pain

ValueRays® announced today the results of a three month study using infrared heat to help soothe aching arthritis computer hands.  The study was conducted using people who have arthritis in their hands and who use the computer at least 4 hours per day.  There were two control groups:  One group used the ValueRays® Warm Mouse, and the second group did not use a heated mouse.  After three months, the people using the infrared heated computer mouse for a minimum of 30 minutes each day reported less mouse hand pain and the ability to use the computer for longer periods of time compared to the limited amount of time by the people not using the infrared heated mouse.  On an average, the heated mouse was used longer than 30 minutes by most of the people.  As a result, the heated computer mouse helped computer users increase time using the computer with more ease and comfort by 2-4 hours per day. That's a significant increase for people who need to use the computer for work.

"If a person needs to use the computer to work, chances are they are using the computer most of the day," said Anna Miller, ValueRays® Founder, "Our goal is to provide USB hand warmers like the heated computer mouse to help people feel more comfortable using the computer."

ValueRays® = Valuable Infrared Radiant Heat Rays

The heated mouse users reported the following:

less arm pain
reduced finger numbness
less hand tingling
elimination of cold mouse hand

Infrared heat penetrates deep through the skin's layers to the muscle tissue and bones. There are over 100 different types of arthritis.  Arthritis hand pain is caused by inflamed tissue and joints.  The infrared heated mouse helps increase blood circulation to the affected areas reducing pain associated with arthritis.  Infrared heat has been used for hundreds, if not thousands, of years by Eastern Cultures.  Far Infrared (FIR) is the warmth felt from the natural radiant rays of the sun without the harmful UV sun rays.  FIR is a healthy, proactive, therapeutic, cost-effective, energy-efficient, source of warmth for people who have cold hands when using the computer.  Because of its healthy attributes, ValueRays® radiant heat rays can help reduce the risk of computer related hand injury.

If you or someone you know suffers with cold hands when using the computer, ValueRays® USB Hand Warmers:  Heated Mouse, Heated Mouse Pad, Heated Keyboard Pad and Heated Mouse Hand Warmer Blanket are an ideal source of soothing, deep healing, infrared heat.
